TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • A good understanding of healthcare solutions powered by healthcare analytics is required as the basis for the development of analytical products. This includes analytics in the areas of patient health management, fraud and waste detection, health operations and medical cost management
  • Good understanding of the end-to-end product design process from creation to delivery
  • Knowledge of clinical coding terminology (such as CPT, ICD10CM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of clinical tools including coders, groupers, and classifications
  • Understanding of data science, data analytics and core data standards in the healthcare space
  • Understanding of healthcare reporting and key healthcare technologies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, healthcare related, or similar.
  • A master’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare analytics.
