This is a unique zone-wide position with the opportunity to collaborate across multiple sites, contribute to excellence in patient care, and influence the evolving scope of respiratory therapy within anesthesiology. Description:
As a Clinical Instructor (Technologies), your primary responsibility will be the education and development of staff in our department, as well as other disciplines through orientation and continuing education. You will promote excellence and consistency in best evidence patient care in clinical practice. You will provide direct patient care in order to maintain competency and to understand the educational needs of the department. You will have a role in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, lead and/or participate in research projects, and develop training and educational modules/tools for new equipment/therapy and training requirements.
