QUALIFICATIONS

• Willing to work in a pure onsite working set-up in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (non-negotiable)
• 1 year SOLID experience in Direct Patient Care Internship is not counted
• Graduate of any Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or any related field
• Willing to start ASAP

• Handles concerns from the respective client either through voice support or non-voice assistance. Experience in this field is not required since we provide training.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to coordinate patient care, ensuring that patients receive appropriate and timely medical services while optimizing resource utilization.
• Provide accurate and clear information regarding services, policies, or processes.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
