POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clinical Lead at DOC+ is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the clinical operations. This includes ensuring the highest standards of patient care, maintaining clinical excellence and organization, and leading a team of dental professionals. The Clinical Lead will work closely with Office Manager and Doctors to streamline clinic processes, protocols and enhance patient experiences.

CERTIFICATION AND QUALIFICATION

• Keep, organize, and maintain up-to-date records of all doctors’, dental assistants’, and clinical staff’s certifications and qualifications.
• Ensure timely renewals and compliance with yearly, monthly, and other periodic requirements.
