DESCRIPTION

Role: Clinical Lead
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Work Type: Onsite

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in psychology or psychotherapy
• Valid registration with the local governing body for psychologists or psychotherapists
• 2+ years’ experience delivering individual and group coaching interventions that are clinically informed
• 2– 5 years’ experience managing a team of MHPs
• Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation
• Demonstrated experience delivering wellbeing programs and assessing program efficacy
• Broad range of experience working with diverse clients and groups of a young adult and adult population
• Demonstrated experience leading, managing or overseeing operational delivery
• Expert group facilitation skills; Strong presentation skills;
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers and build relationships
• Prior experience working in a corporate setting is an asset
