About Us
At headspace Esperance, we’re a passionate team of Psychologists, Social Workers, a Youth Worker, Community Engagement Officer, and a Registered Mental Health Nurse. Our Lead Agency, HOPE Community Services, also runs the Goldfields Community Alcohol & Drug Service in town.

  • Providing clinical oversight and supervision of mental health staff
  • Leading clinical review, performance support and reflective practice processes
  • Ensuring services meet headspace model expectations and quality standards
  • Supporting culturally appropriate, safe, and inclusive care for all young people
  • Promoting continuous improvement in service delivery and governance
  • Delegating appropriately while retaining overall clinical responsibility
