Clinical Lead / Falcon Health Center / Full Time In accordance with the mission of Wood Health Company, the Medical Assistant (MA) will provide clinical and administrative support in a medical office setting, under the direction of the physician and office manager/coordinator. The Medical Assistant is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization. Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities: Provide hands-on clinical assistance as needed to maintain patient care coverage and ensure smooth clinical flow. Support the onboarding and training of new clinical team members and provide ongoing education for current staff. Maintain appropriate levels of supplies, vaccines, medications, laundry, and lab inventory, ensuring timely ordering and efficient use of resources. Collaborate with the Nursing Supervisor and Office Manager to assess staffing needs, create schedules, and arrange shift coverage during call-offs or shortages. Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety. Works hours per week in accordance with offer letter or per attributes of position at transfer request. May be expected to work longer hours as necessary. Other duties as assigned.
