Upper Valley Family Medicine Piqua FT / 80 hours per pay period Position Summary General Summary/Responsibilities: The Clinical Ambulatory Team Lead works closely with the Practice Manager on daily operations. The Ambulatory Team Lead serves as an advanced clinical team member with core competency to cover all clinic needs and leadership needs for their respective service line. The Clinical Ambulatory Team Lead works under the direct supervision of the Practice Manager. The Clinical Ambulatory Team Lead will assist with direct patient care and partner with the Practice Manger to ensure Premier’s goals are at the forefront daily with all staff members. This includes overall Employee Engagement, Patient Experience, Finance and other duties as assigned. Other duties assigned and not limited to: Preceptor of new employees, audits, service recovery, effective conflict resolution, ability to function as the office leader when Practice Manager off-site. Experience Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: Medical Assistant/ LPN/RN, ATC, RT Prior specific functional responsibilities: Completion of Service Line Level Competencies and includes being cross trained in daily operations of the office. Preferred experience: 3 Years or Greater Other experience requirements: Role criteria of competency must be met for those with 1 year experience of or greater and must maintain these competencies yearly
