Job Summary
Falcon-Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our growing team on an adhoc, self-employed basis. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and motivated registered nurse at Band 7 level (or above) who is passionate about maintaining high clinical standards and supporting our Complex Care Nurses.
The Clinical Lead Nurse will provide professional leadership, carry out competency assessments, support with revalidation, and ensure compliance with best practice in complex care delivery. This is a flexible role, designed to provide clinical oversight and mentorship as needed, rather than on a fixed full-time schedule.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that Falcon-Care continues to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients in their own homes.
