We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and leadership skills, ensuring high-quality patient care while overseeing nursing staff. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various medical practices and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

The ideal candidate will have experience or proficiency in the following areas:

• Provide clinical leadership and support to staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans based on patient needs.
• Complete individualised risk assessment’s as well as environmental
• Conduct Staff sign offs
• Oversee medication administration, IV infusions, and other critical nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across various settings including acute care, long-term care, and home health.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Manage emergency situations effectively, utilising critical care experience as necessary.
