SUMMARY

We are seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our compassionate team at Eversleigh Nursing Home in Royal Leamington Spa. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to our mission by ensuring high-quality nursing care and leading our dedicated staff in delivering exceptional service to our residents.
The role is 36hrs per week across Sunday to Saturday on a rota basis. the rate of pay is £21.00 to £22.00 per hour plus a bonus paid of up to a further £1.00 per hour.

• Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide training and support to nursing staff as needed.
• Engage with residents and families to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Qualifications
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Proven experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• Strong critical care experience is essential.
• Excellent patient assessment skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols.
• Familiarity with geriatrics and acute care practices preferred.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Compassionate approach towards patient care.
