We are extending our leadership team within Hadicare and recruiting to a new Clinical Lead for our complex care services. Working in close partnership with the Registered Managers the post holder will be responsible for driving positive cultural, professional and clinical change across our services. We are looking for a credible, dynamic and innovative nurse who will lead with compassion and confidence, empowering and supporting our teams of nurses and carers to achieve excellence in patient care and staff experience. The post holder will provide visible leadership consistent with the company’s vision and values.
The successful candidate will be required to representing the company at a range of clinical network meetings and working groups. They will be accountable for overseeing the implementation of systems for assuring and monitoring the quality and safety of patient care and experience and will contribute actively to strategic discussions and company assurance processes.

Pay: £46,562.00-£50,876.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 – 37.5 per week
