Full-time | Based across three Sutton care homes
Jesmund Care is an award-winning, family-led care provider with three CQC-registered nursing homes in Sutton, South London. We specialise in supporting older people with complex needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, and continuing healthcare requirements.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Clinical Lead to work across our homes, supporting and strengthening clinical care delivery and ensuring outstanding standards are met for every resident. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple services.
You will work closely with Home Managers and the senior team to guide nursing practice, embed quality improvements, support clinical governance, and mentor staff. We are looking for someone who is confident in clinical decision-making, passionate about care, and ready to play a central role in driving forward our vision.
