ROLE OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership Excellence: Lead and support nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
  • Staff Induction Supervision: Oversee the induction process for new staff members, provide clinical supervision, and conduct assessments of the nursing team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, CQC/CI Standards, and internal policies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Quality Care Delivery: Plan, direct, and execute care strategies that meet the unique needs of each resident.
