We are expanding our team in the Midlands and are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Lead to join our growing organisation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) – active registration with the NMC
  • Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or complex needs is preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Able to work independently and manage a mobile workload across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards, medication management, and risk assessment procedures

    Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The Clinical Lead will play a key role in ensuring the highest standard of clinical and person-centred care is delivered across our packages. This is a hybrid role, requiring regular travel to visit clients, conduct assessments, supervise staff and support safe care delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct new client assessments, risk assessments and clinical care planning.
  • Attend new client meetings and liaise with professionals, families and stakeholders.
  • Provide medication management support including audits, advice and staff oversight.
  • Carry out competency checks and supervisions of care staff to maintain quality standards.
  • Oversee clinical governance in your area, ensuring compliance with company policies, CQC regulations and best practice.
  • Offer hands-on support and guidance to care teams to resolve clinical concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation, ensuring all clinical records meet regulatory standards.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for the care team, promoting a positive and learning-focused environment.
