CLINICAL LEAD NURSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Good clinical knowledge of nursing for elderly people.
• Current NMC registration and a strong clinical background in elderly care, dementia care, or complex needs
• Proven ability to lead and support nursing teams to deliver high standards of care.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a care home or healthcare setting
• Confident in mentoring and coaching staff, ensuring professional development across the team
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, multidisciplinary teams, and external agencies.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
• A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements (CQC standards) and a proactive approach to maintaining quality assurance
• Experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
