• Previous experience in a nursing home setting preferred

The Acorns Care Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe and effective nursing care in line with NMC standards
• Administer and manage medications accurately
• Maintain up-to-date care plans and accurate clinical documentation
• Support and supervise care staff in their daily duties
• Promote a positive, safe, and homely environment for residents
