Location: Haverfordwest, SA62
Contract: Full-Time, Days (40 Hours per Week)
Salary: Starting from £20.00 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) to join our team in Haverfordwest. This is a full-time, day-based role where you will play a key leadership position, supporting the Home Manager and leading the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the nursing and care team to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice.
  • Act as the senior nurse on duty, overseeing care delivery and managing staff allocations.
  • Support with recruitment, training, and development of care and nursing staff.
  • Conduct clinical audits, risk assessments, and implement care quality improvements.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Administer medication, maintain accurate records, and ensure care plans are up to date.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN).
  • Proven leadership experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare environment.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent communication, management, and organisational skills.
  • Compassionate and dedicated to delivering person-centred care.
