You will have an up to date, working knowledge of current processes and awareness of the challenges faced in this area. An understanding of safeguarding, MCA and continuing care criteria is essential in addition to a range of clinical knowledge to support you in this varied and rewarding role. You will be also responsible for the operational management of your team and supporting their professional and clinical development
