We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead to join the People Flexi-Bank - our Temporary Staffing Team - acting as the strategic and professional clinical link between our temporary workforce and operational service areas.
This is a pivotal role in ensuring our temporary clinical staff are appropriately trained, supported, and deployed to deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care . You will lead the clinical engagement of a diverse, multi-disciplinary temporary workforce, ensuring they are skills-matched to service needs, while maintaining professional standards and promoting continuous service improvement.
