BehavenKids.com Overview: The Clinical Lead supports clinical operations at their assigned clinic location by providing leadership to their assigned RBTs® and staff, maintaining compliance to external and internal policies and regulations, and participating in quality control efforts. Clinical Leads facilitate the development and maintenance of a positive, collaborative, and safe work environment in which Behaven Kids clientele may receive high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming behavior analytic services. Essential Duties: Provides a weekly average of up to 30 hours of billable services to clients (97152, 97153, 97154), as assigned based on clinic volume Monitors integrity of internal RBT® training protocols to expand team member clinical repertoires in support of BCBAs® and the Director of ABA Clinical Training Oversees training sessions for new hires towards RBT® Task List competency Facilitates ongoing compliance with payor and other regulations Supports crisis intervention and manages bodily fluids/blood borne pathogen clean-up; manages medication Assists Lead Behavior Technician in monitoring of staff performance and policy adherence Assists Lead Behavior Technician as needed with management of inventory of clinic supplies and materials; facilitates technology access for RBTs® and staff Facilitates Scheduling Specialist with current and new client coverage Demonstrates clinical and professionalism competencies in accordance with BACB® guidelines and Behaven Kids policies Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred At least one year of experience as an RBT® preferred RBT® certification in good standing with BACB® Fluency in Microsoft products, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook Precise attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in an active environment and lift up to 50lbs Please Note: All salaries are commensurate with experience and include an attractive benefits package.
