As a Clinical Liaison, you will be responsible for the immediate referral response process to achieve performance goals. The clinical liaison will utilize the information provided through the electronic medical system and the client relation management system to complete a clinical assessment. You will review and evaluate prospective resident referrals by the approved clinical capabilities, bed availability, integrated eligibility, and sex offender status to provide an immediate response to the referral partner, and effectively communicate the determination with the community.
