We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Manager (10+ years in medical management) to lead and elevate clinical operations at our women’s midlife wellness practice. Our practice specializes in health and hormone optimization, menopausal hormone therapy (including pellets), weight optimization & nutrition, and menopause & midlife wellness coaching. • Oversee daily clinical operations over multiple offices—staffing, scheduling, workflows, and patient care quality
• Travel between Houston offices
• Hire, onboard, train, and supervise clinical team members in multiple offices (MAs, nurses)
• Manage patient flow and optimize efficiency to reduce wait times and enhance experience
• Develop and implement operational policies, protocols, and clinical procedures
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements
• Supervise medical documentation, coding, billing, and ensure EHR accuracy and privacy
• Lead quality assurance, audit, and improvement initiatives
• Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and clinic equipment needs—coordinate with vendors and manage budgets
• Serve as the bridge between clinical staff and leadership—support communications, issue resolution, and strategic planning
