ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

Our Client: Central West Specialized Developmental Services (CWSDS) is a leading-edge non-profit organization in the field of social services. The organization provides a wide range of residential and non-residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities and complex needs.
Halton Support Services (HSS), a division of CWSDS, provides service coordination for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD/DD), often facing co-occurring challenges such as mental health concerns, housing instability, and financial barriers. HSS serves people and their caregivers across the lifespan, offering case management, systems navigation, and community-based resource coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education: Master’s degree in Social Services, Healthcare, or related field (Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience considered)
Registration: Must be a regulated professional in Ontario
Experience: 5–7 years in progressive leadership roles in healthcare, social services, or developmental services
Sector Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant Ontario funding (e.g., Passport, ODSP, Ontario Works, OAP) and familiarity with Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) processes is considered an asset
Certifications: First Aid & CPR/AED Level C required
Licensing: Valid G-Class Driver’s License

Pay: $94,000.00-$109,500.00 per year
