JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join a high-performing, 5-star rated home health branch in Buffalo Grove, IL. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all direct care patient services, managing clinical operations, and ensuring quality assurance for a census of approximately 420 patients. The Clinical Manager will assign and guide clinical staff, ensure compliance with Medicare and third-party payer requirements, monitor documentation, provide staff training, and participate in sales and marketing initiatives. This position will also serve as Acting Branch Director in their absence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current RN license in Illinois
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in home health management
  • Home Health Management experience required; OASIS experience (certification preferred)
  • Preferred: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and CMS PDGM billing knowledge
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
