EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Independent clinical licensure in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP) required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in mental health services, with at least 1 year of direct supervisory or leadership responsibility.
  • Experience working with women, families, and culturally diverse populations strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of traumainformed care, harm reduction, and family systems approaches.
  • Experience in program development, quality assurance, and integrated behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE -

The Clinical Manager – Mental Health Services is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight for ANEW’s mental health programming, including the In-Home Family Recovery (IHFR) Program, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services, outpatient therapy, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, client-centered care in compliance with Minnesota DHS mental health licensing standards, evidence-based model fidelity, and agency policies.
The Clinical Manager will supervise licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, technicians, and support staff across these service lines, and will partner closely with the Clinical Manager – SUD to ensure seamless integration of chemical health and mental health services for women and families.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and program logistics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, file audits, and compliance reporting.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to agency initiatives and performance improvement efforts.
  • Complete other administrative or supervisory tasks as assigned.
