The Clinical Manager of Women’s Health works collaboratively with the Medical Director in a co-leadership role across the clinical stream. The role has overarching governance and accountability for leadership and culture, patient safety & quality work, and incident monitoring & management across SWSLHD. This position will promote a culture of consistency – One service, multiple sites.
The role co-leads strategic development plans for service provision, models of care planning, data monitoring for quality improvements, and procedure and guideline development and implementation across the SWSLHD.
The role will provide guidance and support to ensure that there is a focus on service development and appropriate oversight of practices, trends and indicators across the District. Ongoing assessment and improvement in operational processes and clinical outcomes is an inherent responsibility of this position.
