Description

ABOUT US

At MindFlare, we’re a vibrant and passionate team of therapists dedicated to creating meaningful change through personalised, evidence-based therapy. With clinics located in Glenmore Park and Oran Park, we specialise in the Paediatric and Disability sectors, while also providing vital mental health support across our local communities.
Proudly therapist-owned and operated, and a registered NDIS provider, we blend technology, innovation, and fun to help our clients thrive.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager to support our Director and lead our clinical team. This newly created leadership role offers a unique opportunity to influence clinical excellence, team culture, and service quality, while still maintaining some client-facing responsibilities.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference—not just in the lives of clients, but in the development and wellbeing of our team.
We are looking for an experienced clinician with knowledge of Neurodevelopment, Families, Children and Adults, Trauma, General Mental health and a range of therapeutic interventions and assessments. We also desire strong leadership and management skills alongside a supportive and approachable demeanour.
We understand it is unlikely for a person to be an expert in all parts of psychology, and therefore we are happy to invest in the further development of the right candidate as needed.

READY TO SPARK CHANGE?

If you’re excited about combining clinical work with leadership, and you’re looking for a role where you can grow and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now and become part of the MindFlare journey – where people, purpose, and progress meet.
