Now we’re looking for a passionate, experienced Clinical Manager to take the lead in delivering exceptional, person-centred care for our NDIS clients.

    ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE

    As Clinical Manager – NDIS Services, you’ll play a crucial leadership role across our client services. You’ll lead a team of dedicated Client Service Coordinators, ensure compliance, and continuously improve how we deliver care to our NDIS participants.

    We’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Manager NDIS Services to join our growing team on a 12-month part-time contract (0.7 FTE- negotiable).

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

    • Lead and manage the clinical delivery of NDIS services

    • Oversee assessments, care planning, and service coordination

    • Ensure clinical compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework
    • Drive continuous improvement in clinical practice and client outcomes
    • Mentor, develop, and support frontline staff and coordinators
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve systems and processes
    • Respond to incidents, feedback, and complex care situations professionally and promptly
