We are delighted to open our new 102 bed Aged Care home, Holy Cross, implementing the Inspirit model of care. We are looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to join our team on a Monday to Friday basis initially. As we increase our resident numbers some weekend shifts will be required. You will be leading a team within a Home Neighborhood that comprises 34 residents, maintaining sound clinical governance and effective operations while fostering a relationship centred, home environment.

Key success indicators

  • Ensuring high quality clinical care is provided to residents with a proactive focus on safety
  • Overseeing the effective operation of the Neighbourhood to reflect resident preferences and the principles of the Inspirit model of care
  • Providing leadership and coaching to all neighbourhood team members, ensuring a focus on relationship-centred care

To be successful in this role you’ll need

  • A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
  • Strong customer-centric approach and relationship building skills
  • Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs of residents
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in relationship based care
  • Strong coaching / training skills with the ability to positively influence other healthcare workers
  • Bachelor of Nursing qualification with a current AHPRA Registration
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards
