Responsibilities include: • Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff • Reviewing documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance • Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes • Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams • Coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence • Ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed Schedule Monday–Friday leadership role (primarily office-based) Benefits Designed to Support You We believe strong leaders deserve strong support.
