Location: This is an in-office position based in South Tampa, FL. Your Role as a Clinical Manager, RN: * Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians. * Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines. * Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team. * Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures. * Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care. Qualifications: * An unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License (required). * Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required). * Two years of experience as an RN in acute care, med/surge, ICU, or ER settings (required). * Proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required).
