Your Role as a Home Health Manager, RN * Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians. * Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines. * Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team. * Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures. * Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care. Qualifications * An unencumbered Florida Nursing License (required) * One year of experience in skilled, geriatric home health care with proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required) * Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required) * Two years of experience as an RN in acute care, med/surg, ICU, or ER settings (preferred) Why Choose Concierge Home Care?
