Ability to provide a service consistent with the mission and philosophy of the home. Ability to provide services as leader of a health care team that are client focussed and perform duties efficiently and promptly. Ability to undertake role of Infection prevention and Control lead. Ability to participate in and support education activities and to contribute to the development of self and other team members. Ability to maintain a working knowledge and understanding of relevant policies and procedures and use these in work practices. Demonstrate application of safe practices (manual handling, hazard identification).
