EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Enthusiasm for traditional and clinical marketing;
  • Experience in medical device sales or marketing;
  • Current valid driver’s license;
  • Permanent Australian resident status;
  • Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven ability to create/plan/organise/prioritise tasks, and work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Desirable

  • Qualifications in marketing or health-care related field;
  • SAP Experience
Responsibilities
  • Support sales and marketing day-to-day functions, including but not limited to:
  • Coordinate, plan and attend conference/trade shows where SS products are marketed in ANZ;
  • Support all DT event planning including Wrike requests, booking venues and all other logistics;
  • Support management of marketing materials including literature and internal document control Demo systems movements and stock management;
  • HCP engagement forms, tracking and processing of services payments;
  • Travel bookings & logistics for HCP’s;
  • KOL database management;
  • Specific marketing projects as directed by the business management;
  • Support product enrichment for Device Online and other digital marketing projects given by Senior Product Manager;
  • Ongoing research of web forums, seminars and discussion groups related to the portfolio;
  • Assist with internal SAP processes such as transfers, customer orders, product code creation and hierarchies;
  • Update and/or edit business unit documents as directed under the guidance of the relevant manager and upload these documents to the appropriate business unit page on the Hub.
