JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns across various channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing. The Account Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions that drive results.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or similar outreach roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with busy healthcare professionals.
  • Comfortable with door-to-door and cold-visit outreach in medical settings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Tech-savvy with basic CRM and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, medical referral processes, or clinical workflows is a strong asset.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to physician offices, walk-in clinics, and specialty practices to introduce our services and establish strong referral relationships.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of physician and clinic accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Track interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new referral partners.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and community health initiatives as needed.
  • Provide feedback from the field to the marketing and operations teams to improve service offerings.
  • Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and referral forms during visits.
  • Meet or exceed monthly outreach and engagement targets.
