CLINICAL MATRON- STROKE SERVICES

This Matron role covers two stroke wards and two Nursing Teams .
We have a clear and ambitious vision to provide outstanding patient care and to become the best to improve patient experience and we would like you to be part of our success.
We are really excited about the Clinical Matron roles that we have developed for our wards as this role is pivotal in ensuring clinical quality standards are not only achieved but sustained .
As part of our ambitious agenda and on-going development of the ward, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate into this Clinicals Matron role, with experience around General Medicine and Stroke service.
Our successful candidate will be someone who is highly engaged with a desire to lead from the bedside and to set the tone for exceptional and high-quality nursing care by providing visible clinical leadership .
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious nurse who is able to lead, motivate and inspire and who is able to champion compassionate, high quality and dignified patient care
