Hours: M-F 8 am-5 pm

Job duties include:

  • Provide leadership and clinical/nursing services to patients in an office setting
  • Work with the health care team to coordinate alongside medical providers to extend health care services
  • Identify workflow issues and develop processes and protocols to provide the best care to both our patients and staff members
  • Work closely with other members of the management team and clinicians, but also exercises frequent independent judgment in monitoring the day-to-day operation of the care teams at each site with minimal administrative assistance/supervision.
  • Monitor and back up appointed staff in assigning care team coverage.
  • Monitor, set up accounts and act as primary liaison for lab and ancillary services.
  • Monitor and back up appointed staff in charge of ordering supplies and vaccines at each site.
  • Set up and manage seasonal flu shot clinic, including pre-ordering supplies for each site.
  • Monitor and set up primary training for new clinical department employees.
  • Provide up to date training for established clinical staff.
  • Coordinate and lead annual or bi-annual clinical department meetings.
  • Troubleshoot work flow and process issues.
  • Provide 90 day and annual employee reviews.
  • Interview and hire new clinical staff in coordination with providers.
  • Attend monthly Operations meeting.
  • Provide assistance to other office department heads as requested or required.
  • Orchestrate clinical staff coverage for Saturday urgent care clinic, notify staff of monthly schedule and document in the clinic schedule.
  • Counsel and take disciplinary action with clinical staff as necessary.
