Job Family: Faculty Industry: Healthcare/Education Level: Instructor Compensation: $20 - $24/Hour (DOE) Location: Onsite Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM RESPONSIBILITIES What you will do as a Clinical Medical Assisting Instructor on our Faculty Prepare and lecture on specified content utilizing the school’s textbook. Administer academic and skills assessments according to the syllabus. Lead hands-on skills labs, including skill demonstration and student feedback. Maintain accurate student records and paperwork including attendance, notes on student progress and conduct in class, and recording and reporting of grades. Complete tasks required by the beginning of a class session including handling of student payments and accepting of student documentation. Practice within the rules and regulations of the school and the state in which the school is located with regard to policy. Follow the curriculum, as set by the Ohio School of Phlebotomy and approved by the state in which the school is located. You possess these basic requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant field experience as a Medical Assistant or similar/more advanced practice (PCA, EMT, Physician's Assistant, LPN, etc) High school diploma or equivalent Previous teaching experience is not required Authorized to work in the US
