Job Description As part of our team, you’ll support critical microbiological testing and lab operations that directly impact patient safety and product quality. What You’ll Do: Perform microbiological testing including endotoxin and bioburden assays Conduct Environmental Monitoring (EM) sampling Handle water, clean steam, and compressed gas sampling Follow aseptic techniques with precision Support general lab duties: cleaning, stocking, cold room 5S, and more Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 0–2 years of relevant lab experience Hands-on experience with standard microbiology methods and aseptic technique Familiarity with cGMP environments (preferred) Ability to multitask, follow SOPs, and keep accurate records Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Additional Information What to Expect in the Hiring Process: 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader 60 Minute Onsite Visit Additional Details: The position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm.
