We have an exciting new role for a midwife to join our Professional Practice Team as a Clinical Midwife Educator with a focus on Newly Qualified Midwives.
This role is primarily to support newly qualified midwives (NQMs) throughout their preceptorship period with skills acquisition and to facilitate competence and confidence building. Also to support new staff to the Trust and rotational staff who are new to areas; supporting safe and effective care.

Facilitating clinical skills sessions, providing mentorship/support for completion of competencies, and providing clinical support to staff on varied shift patterns as part of a 24/7 service as a bleep holder.
