Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Healthcare Team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Associate / Solicitor to work alongside its existing Healthcare Team dealing with a range of cases across all aspects of Clinical Negligence and Health Litigation.
The ideal candidate will be at least 1 year PQE and will have experience in Clinical Negligence. There is a steady flow of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
The role will include handling a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work acting for a variety of clients, which will include NHS Resolution, MDU, independent providers and medical malpractice insurers.
