You’re a qualified senior lawyer with a proven track record in clinical negligence. You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and bring:

• Experience managing a varied multi-track caseload

As part of our specialist Clinical Negligence team, you’ll manage a dynamic caseload of complex, multi-track claims from initial interview through to resolution. You’ll represent both trade union members and private clients, navigating litigation, ADR, and trial with confidence and care.

Your role will include:

• Leading client cases with empathy and precision
• Collaborating with counsel and colleagues on strategy and advocacy
• Handling interlocutory applications and income forecasting
• Ensuring timely billing through our dedicated internal costs team
