A highly respected law firm is currently seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional to work on high-value, complex clinical negligence cases within a supportive and progressive environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 6 months’ experience in clinical negligence or serious personal injury.
• Law degree (or equivalent); LPC or SQE desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

• Supporting fee earners with a caseload of clinical negligence matters, including cases involving delayed diagnosis, surgical errors, and birth injury claims.
• Reviewing and analysing medical records and expert reports.
• Drafting legal documents, instructions to counsel, and court forms.
• Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel, and other professionals.
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
