KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• You will be managing your own caseload of clinical negligence cases of varying values and will be responsible for the day to day running of those files.
• Taking responsibility for you for all defendant Clinical Negligence matters, as well as your own files.
• You will be assisting on catastrophic injury cases
• You will work with senior colleagues on multi-million and high-profile cases.
• Take responsibility for your defendant Clinical Negligence matters
