Due to continued growth, the firm is expanding its specialist Clinical Negligence team in Birmingham. You’ll be part of a supportive and expert-led environment, handling complex, high-value claims.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their expertise in a nationally recognised team, with excellent opportunities for progression.

You’ll manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters from start to finish, including:

  • Drafting legal documents such as letters of claim, pleadings, and witness statements
  • Representing clients in settlement negotiations and court proceedings
  • Working alongside senior solicitors, Counsel, and medical experts
  • Providing clear, compassionate advice to clients at every stage

  • Qualified Solicitor with Clinical Negligence experience
