You’ll be handling your own caseload of varied and interesting clinical negligence claims, from initial instruction through to resolution. This includes drafting key documents, preparing detailed witness statements, and representing clients in complex negotiations and court proceedings.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with clinical negligence experience
• Solid litigation background and ability to run files independently
• Excellent drafting skills and legal knowledge
• A strong eye for detail and confident decision-making ability
• Well-organised and able to manage competing deadlines
• Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues
