Bene Aged Care is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our Residential Care Services team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide holistic, person-centred care in a multicultural aged care environment where quality, dignity, and respect come first.

In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will:

• Deliver high standards of clinical nursing care to residents
• Engage consumers and staff in person-centred care planning and service delivery
• Mentor Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers while leading by example
• Promote compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and internal policies
• Assist with audits, assessments, and care plan reviews
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with the Residential Care Manager to support daily operations
• Participate in a rotating on-call roster (after probation)
