You will collaborate closely with VMOs and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail and a compassionate approach to healthcare. This position is 0.9 FTE negotiable. Key Responsibilities * Strong knowledge of standards including HICMR and GENCA * Provide support and education to all staff * Strong communication, interpersonal, organisation and decision making skills * Concise and accurate documentation skills with excellent time management abilities * The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team * Commitment to the mission and values of Calvary What you bring * Minimum 2 years Endoscopy experience * Sound understanding of relevant clinical standards and local policies * AHPRA Registration * Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting * Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity * Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team * Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills * A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation * Post Graduate study is desirable For further information please contact Jamie May, Clinical Manager on jamie.may@calvarycare.org.au Why work for Calvary?
