  • Staff Leadership: Supervises a team of nurses and technicians, and coordinates with the Clerical Team Lead the supervision of the clerical staff, managing shift scheduling, and providing daily work direction. Leads training initiatives and coaching of new employees.
  • Operational Oversight and Quality Control: Provides the coordination of the workflow to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal efficiency. Acts as a liaison between healthcare providers, administrative teams, and external parties. Facilitates patient referrals and maintains a strong relationship with external healthcare providers. Ensures availability of medical supplies and equipment and maintains medical records.
  • Onboarding: Assists in onboarding new physicians. Participates in the integration of new missions and services.
  • Policy & Compliance: Develops and implements clinical protocols, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards.
